About Polished Map++

A map and tileset editor for pokecrystal, pokegold, pokeyellow, pokered, and hacks including Polished Crystal v2, Red++ v3, Orange, Prism, and many more.

Polished Map++ is for pokecrystal projects that have added attributes.bin files. If you're working with regular pokecrystal or pokered, don't use ++.

How to install Polished Map++

  1. Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
  2. Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
  3. Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub io.github.Rangi42.polished-map-plusplus
  4. Open Polished Map++ once it finishes installing.
