About OpenLF2
OpenLF2 is an open-source reimplementation of Little Fighter 2 v2.0a. Trade punches, throw weapons and unleash special attacks in side-view battles with friends or computer-controlled fighters.
Play Versus, Stage, Battle, Championship, Team Championship and Demo modes
Use configurable keyboard or gamepad controls, with mouse and touch navigation and an on-screen gamepad
Play locally or connect two OpenLF2 instances for network matches
Record matches and open compatible Little Fighter 2 recordings directly
Choose fullscreen, upscaling filters and an expanded battlefield layout
How to install OpenLF2
- Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
- Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
- Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub io.github.openlf2.OpenLF2
- Open OpenLF2 once it finishes installing.
