Fightcade is a matchmaking platform for retro gaming, bundled with different emulators for seamless online play.
Our main emulator is FightcadeFBNeo, built using latest FBNeo (0.2.97.44) with a custom and improved GGPO
implementation and a better rendering core, making it the current best netplay implementation for rollback-based P2P online play.
In layman terms, this means that demanding games in terms of input lag and responsiveness (such as fighting games)
can be played over the internet with very little perceivable lag.
How to install Fightcade
- Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
- Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
- Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub com.fightcade.Fightcade
- Open Fightcade once it finishes installing.

Yes. The Download button sends you to flathub.org, the developer's official site, where Fightcade is available to download. Flatnic doesn't host or modify any files.
How do I install Fightcade from the command line?
