About Vipster

Vipster is a powerful and versatile tool for pre- and post-processing of periodic chemical structures. It's designed from the ground up with periodic simulations in mind.

How to install Vipster

  1. Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
  2. Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
  3. Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub io.github.sgsaenger.vipster
  4. Open Vipster once it finishes installing.

Yes. The Download button sends you to flathub.org, the developer's official site, where Vipster is available to download. Flatnic doesn't host or modify any files.

How do I install Vipster from the command line?
