Desktop application for NymVPN.
NymVPN is a decentralized, mixnet and zero-knowledge VPN.

NOTE: This package only provides the client application.
For the VPN to work, the daemon aka nym-vpnd,
must be installed and running.
You can install it from these separate packages:
deb package (requires to setup the Nym deb repository): nym-vpnd
AUR packages: nym-vpnd and nym-vpnd-bin

Alternatively you can get the binary directly from the GitHub releases:
Go to https://github.com/nymtech/nym-vpn-client/releases
Find the latest release with tag nym-vpn-core-v1.2.3
Download the linux archive nym-vpn-core-v1.2.3_linux_x86_64.tar.gz
and extract the binary (make it executable)
How to install NymVPN
- Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
- Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
- Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub net.nymtech.NymVPN
- Open NymVPN once it finishes installing.

Is NymVPN free to download?
Yes. The Download button sends you to flathub.org, the developer's official site, where NymVPN is available to download. Flatnic doesn't host or modify any files.
How do I install NymVPN from the command line?
With Flatpak, run: flatpak install flathub net.nymtech.NymVPN. This installs it from the official source and keeps it updated.
Is NymVPN safe?
NymVPN downloads directly from the developer. As always, scan the installer with your antivirus and choose Custom setup to skip any bundled extras.
