About Natron

Natron is a free open-source (GPLv2 license) video compositing software,

similar in functionality to Adobe After Effects, Nuke by The Foundry, or Blackmagic Fusion.

How to install Natron

  1. Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
  2. Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
  3. Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub fr.natron.Natron
  4. Open Natron once it finishes installing.
