Gramps is a genealogy program that is both intuitive for hobbyists and feature-complete for professional genealogists.
It gives you the ability to record the many details of the life of an individual as well as the complex relationships between various people, places and events.

How to install Gramps
- Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
- Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
- Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub org.gramps_project.Gramps
- Open Gramps once it finishes installing.
