About Chance
Roll six-sided dice by default, or roll custom dice of up to 999 sides. Save frequently-used dice to the tray. Copy roll results to the clipboard from the history pane. Results are remembered until the app is closed or they are manually cleared.
Keyboard shortcuts:
Roll the dice with Ctrl+R
Select dice with Ctrl+,
Copy the last result with Ctrl+C
Toggle the roll history pane with F9
Clear roll history with Ctrl+L
Undo the clear with Ctrl+Z
How to install Chance
- Click Download — the developer's official website opens in a new tab.
- Download the latest version there and run it. Choose Custom/Advanced where offered, and skip any bundled extras.
- Prefer the command line? With Flatpak you can install and update it with: flatpak install flathub dev.zelikos.rollit
- Open Chance once it finishes installing.
Frequently asked questions
Is Chance free to download?
Yes. The Download button sends you to flathub.org, the developer's official site, where Chance is available to download. Flatnic doesn't host or modify any files.
How do I install Chance from the command line?
With Flatpak, run: flatpak install flathub dev.zelikos.rollit. This installs it from the official source and keeps it updated.
Is Chance safe?
Chance downloads directly from the developer. As always, scan the installer with your antivirus and choose Custom setup to skip any bundled extras.
